This Privacy Policy explains how Neem Health, Inc. ("Neem Health," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information obtained through our website and platform (together, the "Services").

• Account & contact info: If you sign up or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone, organization/practice, and role.
• Operational metadata: Preferences, booking/scheduling selections, communication metadata, and files you upload (non-PHI).
• Cookies & similar technologies: Used for core functionality, security, and performance analytics. We do not sell personal data or use third-party ad networks.
